Items may be returned for a credit note or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Frio is unable to offer a refund for change of mind purchases. Please email email@example.com to arrange returns. Frio is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. Please note that the return shipping cost is not covered by Frio, and is the responsibility of the customer. Items without original tags will not be accepted for a refund or return. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, these purchases are final.
The item must be unworn and in its original condition to be eligible for a credit note or exchange.
